Position: Sponsorship/IT Co-worker

SOS Children's Village Nepal is an independent, non-governmental social development organization working for children in Nepal for the last 36 years. We provide long term family based care for children who have lost care of biological families and support families of vulnerable children at risk of losing parental care through our Family Strengthening Programme. We are looking for young, energetic and highly motivated person to work in the following position:


ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Graduate with good command of English language. The candidate should also be well versed in Microsoft Office 2003/2007 (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook etc.) Windows XP/Vista and be efficient in handing email and internet.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibility of the co-worker is to ensure the smooth running of sponsorship work within SOS Children's Village Nepal and provide support to the sponsorship co-workers in the facilities. S/he is responsible for flow of information with both the sponsors and the International Sponsorship Office. The co-worker will also assist the IT Co-coordinator in trouble-shooting i.e. Installation, Security, Hardware and Software. Knowledge of network management and web designing is a plus point.

AGE: The Candidates should be between 25-35 years of age. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
