ARD, Inc., a US-based international development firm, is poised to start technical activities related to the USAID-funded Nepal Government Citizen Partnership Project (NGCPP). ARD, Inc. is recruiting for the following positions:

Receptionist/Clerk/Office Assistant (This is a Terai based position)

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of para-professional experience in an administrative or secretarial assistance post dealing with coordination tasks and secretarial support, preferably working with a USAID-funded organization.

Responsibilities include: manage project filing system including incoming and outgoing correspondence, procurement, and chronological technical files and information. Receive and place calls, make appointments, assist project staff, consultants, and visitors with local, logistic information.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

For all above positions a high level of fluency in English written and oral communication skills and good knowledge in MS Office applications are required. A strong knowledge of the Terai region and local languages is preferred. Local candidates from the Terai region are urged to apply.

Compensation will be in accordance with project pay scales and commensurate with relevant experience.
