The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations is seeking consultancy service for the following subject area:

National Consultant – one: Gender considerations in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation in Agriculture Sector (duration six weeks)

National Consultant – one: Disaster Database Management (duration six weeks)

Field Monitors – four: To be based in Arghakhanchi, Kapilbastu, Udaypur and Siraha districts (six months with possibility of extension)


The Terms of Reference for the above mentioned posts are available at UN Reception, UN House, Pulchowk, Kathmandu, Nepal from 10th to 18th December 2008 from 10:00 hrs. to 17:00 hrs on weekdays.
