ARD, Inc., a US-based international development firm, is poised to start technical activities related to the USAID-funded Nepal Government Citizen Partnership Project (NGCPP). ARD, Inc. is recruiting for the following positions:

Driver/Messenger (This is a Terai based position)

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of three years of para-professional experience preferably with a USAID funded organization.

Successful experience in: a) furnishing and/or operating and routine maintenance of motor vehicles and providing transportation to support overall project activities, b) engaging in miscellaneous small purchasing, logistical and light maintenance tasks, c) handling logistics for all types of program support i.e. training, conferences, study tours as well as general operations.

Position requires driving license and a clear driving record.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

For all above positions a high level of fluency in English written and oral communication skills and good knowledge in MS Office applications are required. A strong knowledge of the Terai region and local languages is preferred. Local candidates from the Terai region are urged to apply.

Compensation will be in accordance with project pay scales and commensurate with relevant experience.
